The Loop .db file can be restored in Loop Habit Tracker via Settings → Import data. The CSV archive is a zip of Habits.csv, Checkmarks.csv and, if you have any categories, Categories.csv — keep them together. The checkmarks alone cannot describe measurable habits, and without Categories.csv your categories come back unsorted in the default colour.
